About Boise City Swing
The Latest News
Boise City Swing is a three day vintage Jazz festival. Three days of live bands, two days of workshops, and dancers from all across the country. The festival takes place every Summer in the heart of downtown Boise!
This year BCS will be held at the Mardi Gras Ballroom, located at 615 South 9th Street. This great all ages venue has a fantastic floor, tons of seating, and a full bar available.
We don't only dance for this event though! Keep track of different classes, workshops and events that Boise City Swing has to offer on our event page. We will bring in instructors for a variety of dances such as Lindy Hop, West Coast Swing, and other Swing styles!
We have moved BCS this year to Oct. 23rd, 34th, and 25th. This will be perfect since it is the weekend right before Halloween (which means great costumes), and he weather will be nice and cool. See you all this fall for BCS 2020!
New BCS Comic!
Captain Nova is back for another adventure! Watch her save Swing dance once again in our new 2020 comic. If you missed the 2016 comic, don't worry, we have re-posted it above.
